Product Manager, SSG

Location: Singapore | Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to support the strategy, planning, and delivery of products built on our enterprise technology stack. You will work closely with development, architecture, and operations teams to drive backlog priorities, ensure smooth executions, and support deployments across the Shared Services Group (SSG).

Key Responsibilities

• Support product strategy, roadmap updates, and backlog management.
• Coordinate with development teams building on the defined technology stack.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and requirements.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release activities.
• Assist with stakeholder communication during deployments, incidents, and production changes.
• Use data and feedback to improve product functionality and user experience.

Technology Stack (Exposure/Understanding Preferred)

• Backend: Node.js
• Frontend: Angular
• Database: Aurora MySQL, RDS SQL Server
• Cloud: AWS Services (S3, Lambda, EC2, CodeDeploy, KMS, ELB, ECS Fargate)
• Operating Systems: Amazon Linux 2023, Windows Server 2016/2019
• Security & Monitoring: Microfocus Fortify, ClamAV, Splunk Universal Forwarder

What You Bring

• 3–7 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis.
• Experience working with engineering teams and understanding modern application stacks.
• Strong communication skills to support coordination and stakeholder alignment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, ADO, Confluence).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
