Job Description

1. Act as escalation point for compute and virtualization issues.
2. Troubleshoot cluster-level and host-level failures.
3. Lead hypervisor upgrades and patch rollouts.
4. Manage hardware lifecycle and capacity planning.
5. Validate DR readiness and failover procedures.
6. Monitor firmware compliance across hosts.
7. Coordinate physical hardware replacements.
8. Optimize VM performance and resource allocation.
9. Support hybrid cloud integration validation.
10. Approve high-risk infrastructure changes.
11. Engage vendors for hardware and hypervisor escalations.
12. Ensure HA configuration compliance.
13. Conduct infrastructure health reviews.
14. Mentor Junior engineers.
15. Maintain architecture and infrastructure documentation.
