Job Description

• Serve as escalation authority for Azure and AliCloud platforms.
• Troubleshoot advanced hybrid connectivity issues.
• Manage AKS and ACK cluster lifecycle operations.
• Optimize subscription governance and access controls.
• Monitor and control cloud cost optimization initiatives.
• Validate disaster recovery and failover readiness.
• Review and optimize firewall and routing configurations.
• Coordinate vendor escalations with cloud providers.
• Support capacity planning and workload optimization.
• Ensure compliance with security baselines.
• Assist during audits and compliance reviews.
• Mentor L2 Cloud Engineers.
• Review technical implementation plans.
• Support automation initiatives.
• Maintain updated documentation and SOPs.
