As a HR Operations Advisor, you will be a key point of contact for both managers and employees, championing internal processes and enhancing the employee experience. Your work ensures that our operations are as agile and forward-thinking as the business itself.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, delivering support on HR policies, benefits, and systems to enhance the employee experience.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering closely with hiring managers to secure the right hires for business needs.
  • Champion data integrity by managing all HRIS transactions and audits, leveraging people analytics to generate actionable business insights.
  • Partner with internal teams (Service Delivery, Finance) and external vendors to execute core processes including Insurance renewals etc.
  • Provide advisory support on payroll-related matters to ensure compliance.
  • Own and support key HR projects, not limited to government funding applications, to optimize the mechanisms behind our people programs.
  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to BU Heads and employees, providing coaching on the full employee lifecycle from performance management to employee relations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or a HR Shared Services environment.
  • Proficiency with Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high bar for quality in a fast-paced environment.
  • A demonstrated ability to coach, influence, and build trust with employees and managers at all levels.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a bias for action and a passion for improving processes and the employee experience.
