About the Role

This role is critical in ensuring compliance with market requirements while delivering efficient, customer-focused solutions. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with strong project governance skills, able to strategize and implement high-level initiatives while coordinating across functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use FPX methodology for project kick-offs (scope, time, cost) and define final project objectives.
  • Partner with sponsors, cross-functional teams, and vendors to develop scope, deliverables, work plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Manage program and project teams to deliver milestones and outcomes on time.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to develop detailed user stories and requirements.
  • Identify key requirements across market teams, DC operations, and external vendors.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring delivery against business goals.
  • Collaborate with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and mitigate program risks; produce reports for senior managers and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering or Science; MBA preferred.
  • Supply chain-related qualifications/certifications are an advantage.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Strategic Operations, and Project Management.
  • Strong leadership, influence, and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid project management experience with FPX or similar methodologies.
  • Knowledge of supply chain, operations, and finance interfaces.
  • Cross-functional experience with supply chain pillars (Plan, Make, Source, Deliver) and partners (RA, QA, Commercial).
  • Results-oriented, self-starter with strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.
  • Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization.
