o Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments.

o Experience with VMware virtualization platforms.

2. Windows Server Administration

o Patch management and hardening of Windows servers.

o Performance tuning and troubleshooting for optimal server operations.

3. Networking & Directory Services

o Active Directory administration.

o DNS and DHCP management.

o Group Policy implementation and management.

4. VMware Infrastructure

o Storage integration within VMware environment.

o VMware networking configuration and troubleshooting.

5. Stakeholder Coordination

o Effective communication and coordination with technical and non-technical

stakeholders.

6. Additional Preferred Experience

o Data center migration experience.

o Technical documentation and reporting.

7. Communication Skills

o Fluent in English (mandatory).

o Bahasa Melayu (advantageous).
